TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prior to starting credit education and document processing services, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:

 

  1. Credit Service Agreement

  2. Authorization for Credit Repair Action

  3. Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)

  4. Right Of Cancellation Notice

The services we perform may include

    Document preparation and credit education.  We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information contained on your credit reports.

  • We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.

​

 

 

  • You will forward your correspondence from the credit reporting agencies, and we will assist you in further correspondence with those agencies.

​

 

 

  • Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or any other form of communication during regular business hours.

In return for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
It is understood that we offer credit information. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and to explain your options clearly. However, we do not provide legal advice (i.e., the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.

SMS Terms & Conditions

 

1- SMS Consent Communication:

Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

2- Types of SMS Communications:

If consent has been given to receive text messages from KBR Financial Group LLC, messages may be received related to the following:

 

Appointment reminders

Follow-up messages

 

Example: "Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming appointment with Dr. [Name] at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

 

3- Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 5 SMS messages per week may be received related to appointment reminders and Follow-up messages

 

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary depending on whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

 

5- Opt-In Method:

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from KBR Financial Group LLC can be done in the following ways:

 

Verbally, during a conversation

 

6- Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

 

7- Help:

For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly from us at https://www.kbrfinancialgroup.com/

Additional Options:

If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.
